This is Ellena. Born in Australia.. her feet first haphazardly walked the rainforests of Squamish BC just before she turned 2. Since then she’s spent chunks of her young life living in Squamish BC as well as back in Australia and a good dose of international travel with her mum and dad and brother.

Ellena did art classes in Kiama Australia (beautiful town) and tried her hand at many mediums including oils, ink, sculpting, etching and sketching however she always came back to watercolour. Her favourite subjects are animals, she loves capturing the personality in the eyes of an animal. She says some pieces come together super seamlessly and others can be a real process – but that’s part of what she loves about the art.
